On behalf of the Ontario Women’s Directorate, and in association with Tourism HR Canada, 4Forward is developing training that will help frontline workers in the hospitality industry recognize and dismantle the attitudes and behaviours that underlie sexual violence and harassment. The proposed learning activities will build capacities to recognize, respond, and reduce the risk of sexual violence and sexual harassment.

Upon completion, the assessment tools and training will be available to thousands of sector staff and managers as it will be maintained and supported by Tourism HR Canada under the Emerit brand – Canada’s most recognized tourism credential.
