4Forward designed and delivered leadership and management development materials, including visioning and values exercises that engaged staff at all levels and guided them towards alignment with a single set of values, and a single strategic vision for one of this institutions key support departments.

Conducted a thorough needs analysis (including a review of all Corporate Services organizational material relating to the vision and values of the Bank of Canada)

Designed and implemented an online employee survey and focus groups

Designed and conducted employee focus groups

Created a vision and values roadmap, communication strategy, and vision statement

Facilitated bilingual workshops for all levels (employees, managers, senior leadership) to engage and align staff

Produced recommendations for future directions and continued success
