Sexual Violence and Harassment Prevention Training

4Forward, in partnership with Tourism HR Canada, is designing, writing, and developing three 30 minute e-learning modules for staff in the food and beverage service industry. The modules will teach frontline workers and managers how to recognize, reduce and respond to incidents of sexual harassment and violence in the workplace. We are also assisting with the creation of a 2-hour manager’s workshop, a manager’s toolkit, and pre- and post-assessments.
