Building Leadership Capacity

4Forward researched, designed, wrote, and facilitated leadership development workshops for the leaders and managers of three community health centres in the Ottawa area. These workshops employ adult learning principles to reinforce key concepts in strategy, communication, conflict management, change management and performance management, among other topics. A combination of lecture, group discussion, role play, and other teaching methods ensured participants with different learning styles engaged with and retained the content.
