Collaborative organizations are more likely to reach shared goals and outperform others.<\/span><\/p>\n If collaboration is so beneficial, why is it so rare? Why is it difficult to collaborate?<\/p>\n Ask this question and you\u2019ll hear many explanations.<\/p>\n Some say it\u2019s the silos we work in\u2014breaking down concrete walls can be tough.<\/p>\n Others say it\u2019s our culture, which gears us towards competition\u2014even within the same organization.<\/p>\n Collaboration is about establishing trust in relationships.
