When the training content and materials are finalized, you’ll receive your custom workshop program, complete with practical exercises, user-friendly facilitator guide, presentation and participant materials. After your first group goes through the workshop, we’ll review their feedback and make course corrections as needed.

STEP FOUR
Evaluate

Once the online workshop program is established, we can analyze its effectiveness at 6 months and again at 12 months. These checkpoints give us the opportunity to modify the curriculum, materials and delivery to optimize the workshops and make sure they are sustainable for your organization.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to develop my virtual leadership and management workshop?

It depends on the project. Shorter projects can take a few weeks, while larger and more complex projects can take up to a year to complete. On average, most of our projects take about three months from start to finish.

Ideally, you’ll be able to provide a clear end goal, and a rough idea of how you’d like to get there. Once the project is underway, we’ll need your feedback on outlines, drafts and the final deliverable.

This depends on the size and scope of the project. Our projects range from under $20,000 to more than $150,000, with most in the $30,000-$50,000 range.

Individual workshops range from 90 minutes to 7 hours and can be combined to create half-day, 1-day, 2-day or longer programs, based on your needs.

Your learners connect with an instructor and fellow participants using an online video conference platform. The instructor shares slides and other content with the group and facilitates discussion. Participants raise their hands electronically with questions or comments. Depending on the video conference platform, learners can go to virtual breakout rooms for small group discussions, chat in real time with the instructor or with the entire group, use a whiteboard to record ideas or draw diagrams, and participate in polls.
