When it comes to your leadership and management workshop project, you may have:
A clear vision. You know exactly what you want and need a skillful and efficient team to bring your vision to life.
A rough idea. You need a creative and organized team to use your idea as a springboard to create effective and engaging training.
No idea where to start. You need a patient, approachable and expert team to guide you through the process from start to finish.
No matter where you are in your virtual leadership and management workshop journey, 4Forward can help.
Our virtual leadership and management workshops are:
Tailored to meet your specific training goals and needs.
Our 4-step process
Our process guides us in designing outstanding virtual leadership and management workshops tailored to your organization’s unique needs.
STEP ONE Understand
To serve you best, we need a clear understanding of your organization and your goals for the project. We can conduct interviews, surveys, research and/or focus groups with your organization’s leaders, managers and staff. At the end of this step, we’ll report our findings.
STEP TWO Build
With a foundation of understanding, we’ll delve into the 4Forward learning library to create a unique learning experience for your team. If you need additional material specific to your team’s needs, we will develop it and present it to you for approval.
STEP THREE Deliver
When the training content and materials are finalized, you’ll receive your custom workshop program, complete with practical exercises, user-friendly facilitator guide, presentation and participant materials. After your first group goes through the workshop, we’ll review their feedback and make course corrections as needed.
STEP FOUR Evaluate
Once the virtual workshop program is established, we can analyze its effectiveness at 6 months and again at 12 months. These checkpoints give us the opportunity to modify the curriculum, materials and delivery to optimize the workshops and make sure they are sustainable for your organization.
It depends on the project. Shorter projects can take a few weeks, while larger and more complex projects can take up to a year to complete. On average, most of our projects take about three months from start to finish.
Ideally, you’ll be able to provide a clear end goal, and a rough idea of how you’d like to get there. Once the project is underway, we’ll need your feedback on outlines, drafts and the final deliverable.
Your learners connect with an instructor and fellow participants using a video conference platform. The instructor shares slides and other content with the group and facilitates discussion. Participants raise their hands electronically with questions or comments. Depending on the video conference platform, learners can go to virtual breakout rooms for small group discussions, chat in real time with the instructor or with the entire group, use a whiteboard to record ideas or draw diagrams, and participate in polls.
