Practical content delivered via user-friendly technology.
Our 6-step eLearning process
Our process allows us to design interactive and effective eLearning customized to your organization’s unique needs.
STEP ONE Instructional Design
We’ll work with you and your team to create a detailed eLearning design and development plan, which we’ll present to you in storyboard format. In this step, we’ll gather, organize and optimize content for the medium, design interactive activities and create assessments. You’ll be invited to review, provide feedback and approve the storyboard, content and assessments.
STEP TWO Wireframing
Next, we create an eLearning design template that shows how the content and visual elements will be presented. This is where we flex our creative muscles, adding a combination of animation, technical drawings, infographics and photography to bring your content to life.
STEP THREE Design &
After you approve the eLearning design template, we’ll build the training modules using the best technology to achieve your goals. Our developers use proven industry tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate and HTML5 to create an immersive and interactive eLearning experience.
STEP FOUR Testing & Quality Assurance
Every module undergoes rigorous quality assurance to review content, ensure accessibility and compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and functionality. Then our project team reviews the entire eLearning program one last time before we send it to you for review.
STEP FIVE Review & Feedback
You and your team review the modules to make sure the content and functionality are aligned with your expectations. After you send us your feedback, we’ll revise as needed and send you the final eLearning program.
STEP SIX Delivery & Deployment
We’ll work with you and your team to deploy your eLearning in a Learning Management System (LMS) or through your website. If you don’t have an LMS yet, our expert team can guide you through the selection process.
It depends on the project. Shorter projects can take a few weeks, while larger and more complex projects can take a year to complete. On average, most of our projects take about three months from start to finish.
Ideally, you’ll be able to provide a clear end goal and a rough idea of how you’d like to get there. Once the project is underway, it will be helpful if you can provide background material, access to the experts, and feedback on the storyboard, wireframe, content and functionality.
If you have a Learning Management System (LMS), we’ll help you upload your custom training. If you don’t have an LMS, our expert team can guide you through the selection process and advise you on other options, like launching eLearning on a secure website.
