Bilingual Facilitator and Coach
Dan is the Manager of the Business Coaching Group at the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, where he has also been a Team Performance Coach for MBA programs for the last 10 years. He is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.
He has delivered training and coaching in leadership development, team development, team communications, facilitation skills, financial literacy, marketing communication, customer service, and more. Through his quick wit and passion for learning, Dan promotes self-awareness in individuals, greater harmony within teams, and more effective leadership. He has learned to help others find the motivation, clarity, and strength needed to remove the blocks that prevent best possible performance. Dan brings an upbeat, entertaining presentation style to every engagement, working with individuals and organizations as a catalyst for positive change.
Dan grew up in Ste-Foy, Quebec, just outside Quebec City, and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University. Dan is capable of moving fluidly and fluently between both official languages. At one workshop a francophone participant, thinking Dan’s mother tongue was French, asked him, “Where did you learn your English?”
